Multi-billion dollar international man of mystery George Soros announced his support for legalization of marijuana in Haiti (among other things) at the plenary session of the International Conference for Haiti Reconstruction. World Bank officials, who did not give opening remarks, appeared enraged by Soros’ comments. On his way out, World Bank rep Dhruv Malhotra scoffed, “the World Bank will NEVER fund a project aimed at legalizing marijuana!” Well, suit yourself - George Soros’ got it covered.
