WikiLeaks activists marched on the plenary session of the Conference on Haiti Reconstruction, delivering thousands of leaflets containing emails and internal memos sensitive to each delegation. The leader of the activist group got access to the building by pretending to be a CNN journalist. Momentary chaos spurred Haitian National Police leader Laura Noonan to escort the group out, following my frantic shoving by the UN Secretary General Rachel Van Tuyl (no hammer involved). Following a quick bathroom break, Ms. Van Tuyl regained her composure, calm as a clam.
